Europe Meeting Rooms

The ground floor of building Europe is a public communal

space for all Atlas tenants to use. The ground floor offers three formal meeting rooms and one inspiration room for brainstorming sessions and informal meetings. All rooms are equipped with full-HD screens and audiovisual tools such as ClickShare.

How to reserve a meeting room:

1. Send an email to SD.europe@atlasarena.nl, containing information:a) Name and company name
   b) Preferred meeting space
   c) Date and time of your meeting
   d) If needed, details on catering request
2. Wait for the confirmation email from our reception desk.
3. Enjoy your meeting!
