At Atlas ArenA, we are working hard for a sustainable future-proof Atlas. And hard work pays off!
Atlas ArenA has been awarded a BREEAM In-use Very Good certificate by Dutch Green Building Council. We received two certificates. One for the on-site Courtyard by Marriott hotel, and one for the other five office buildings.
Steps that we took to receive the certificates
– Adding extra charging points and 2 superchargers for electric cars
– Conducting ecological research and based on this, adding flora and fauna such as flower species, bee hotels, and birdhouses.
– Providing all buildings with A/A+ energy labels
– Mapping waste streams
– Placing protective (corner) profiles on the columns in the parking garage
